Deepak's path into trading was not conventional. He studied Commerce at Mumbai University, then spent six years as a financial journalist, writing for Business Standard and Financial Express. In 1998, he moved into full-time trading and has since built over 25 years of experience across Indian and global markets, including a period trading world markets from Dubai. He brings this practical, real-market perspective into every class he teaches.

Deepak studied Commerce at Mumbai University and began his career as a financial journalist, writing for Business Standard and Financial Express. In 1998, he transitioned into full-time trading, building his expertise through direct market experience rather than formal trading education.

Since 1998, Deepak has traded the markets full-time. In 2015, he relocated to Dubai, where he expanded into trading global markets — gaining exposure across multiple geographies and instruments.
